Questions
Everything. Your website custom-designed and built, hosting, your domain, security, backups, content updates and ongoing design tweaks, with nothing to pay upfront. Updates are fair use, typically up to an hour a month, and anything larger we quote first. That's the founding rate for our first five clients: your £119 price is guaranteed for two years (then £169/month). You're only committed for the first 12 months, then it rolls monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Your domain, your content and your branding are registered in your name from day one on either plan, and we never hold them hostage. Beyond that it depends how you pay. On a one-off build you own the website itself the day the final invoice is paid. On the monthly plan the site stays ours and is licensed to you while you subscribe, which is exactly what makes a bespoke build for nothing upfront possible. If you want to own it outright you can buy it at any point after twelve months for £1,995, or choose the one-off build from the start.
Usually two to three weeks from the day we have your content. In practice the words and photos are what set the pace: sites wait for content far more often than content waits for sites.
Yes. We'll look at what you've got and tell you honestly whether it needs a refresh or a rebuild. Sometimes the right answer is the cheaper one.
No office, no account managers, and modern tools, including AI, directed and double-checked by a human on every build. You're paying for taste, judgement and someone who answers the phone, not overheads.
